What is The Lash Liner used for?

The Lash Liner™ is the first cruelty free eyeliner and lash adhesive hybrid in the US. 

How will my order be shipped? Do you ship internationally?

DOMESTIC RATES: We use USPS First Class shipping (arrives in 2-5 days), USPS Priority is also an option and arrives in 1-3 days)

INTERNATIONAL: Shipping cost and method will be calculated at checkout, unfortunately these packages will not be insured.

How can I track my package? Need cat eye meow.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Will I be charged duty fees?

Since we are located in the U.S. all domestic orders will not be charged a duty fee. International shipments may incur an import tax or duty fee. Please check with your local customs agent with questions regarding additional fees. We will not be held responsible for any taxes, fees, or seizures from importing our product.

When will my order ship?

Orders will be processed within 2 business days. If it's a holiday, please allow an extra day for processing. Purchases made after 3pm CST Friday will be mailed out on Monday.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic orders will arrive in 2-5 days after the order has been processed.

International shipping times vary based on shipping method and destination

I did not receive an order confirmation email, what do I do?

First, check your spam folder to make sure it didn't end up in there! If you still don't see it, please email us at info@balilash.com

Do you accept returns?

In the event you change your mind about the product, you have 30 days from the day we shipped your order to request a return. You will receive a refund minus any discounts and shipping costs. Bali Lash is not responsible for return shipping. 

Proof of purchase is required. Please email heyboo@hairberry.co with your order number or copy of your receipt in the email. 

We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

USPS does not allow lost package claims to be made until 4 weeks after it has been shipped. USPS International orders can take up to 4 weeks.
